Absolutely adored this restaurant! Tasty traditional food, super friendly waiter, relaxed atmosphere, romantic interior, reasonable prices... a word of warning though: come hungry! The portions are quite big! In terms of the meals, it was a difficult choice (as the whole menu looked so good!) but I went for Menu 1 and the boyfriend had Menu 3 - both absolutely delicious menus with starters, mains and desserts. Had a pleasant surprise in the pea soup. Would definitely come back again next time we're in town!

What a delight. We came here for our first evening meal of the trip to try some traditional Dutch cuisine and firstly I don't think I've ever met happier staff. They were so wholesome and cheerful, their enegry stuck with us for the rest of that day. The food was not only super tasty but it felt comforting, warm and nostalgic. It is great traditional food made right. We all left no food on the plates so you can tell we all really enjoyed it!

Incredible Dutch food. Highly recommended menu 3 with the sausage and pate to start. Also romantic interior, try and get the window at the front if you want a real romantic meal.
