The first service ever who told claimed that "dissassembling the iPad has a 50% chance of accidentally breaking the screen, which we arnot responsible for". I am sure dissassembling and assembling back the device is not as hard a task as they try to present, and the risk can be eliminated by a more professional attitude.

I don't know who rated this place 1 star, and I don't understand dutch but what i know is that this is a great friendly shop near the university of Tilburg for any tech repairs. I sent in my Macbook Air because of liquid damage and the job was professionally done although some damages weren't easy to fix without costing more money. Apart from cleaning the insides of my Mac, i found that my mac was also cleaned from the outside as well around the keyboards. Thats an extra service that I did not request but I got. Last but not least, a special mention to THYS, he gives extremely good customer service. Coffee on the house even when I did not spend anything on my second trip there. He was very willing to help, and very polite. I believe that good customer service and effort should be well commended, and not taken for granted. Keep up the good job THYS. Andrei, Singapore

Veel gebruik gemaakt van deze service en altijd goed geholpen. Ben nu echter teleurgesteld er was niemand aan de balie om dat men met 3 man(vrouw) koffie aan het drinken was. De ene man die uiteindelijk wel even tijd had wist mij te vertellen dat de accu van de iPhone 5 niet op voorraad was.Of ik op zaterdag even terug wilde komen.... nee dat wil ik niet en dus naar een ander center geweest in Tilburg die mij direct heeft geholpen , de accu natuurlijk gewoon had liggen en ook nog eens 20% goedkoper was. Jammer smartrepair, vertrouwen komt immers te voet en gaat te paard.
