I have bought a picnic table that once the weather got hot it started to release a huge amount of resin (hars). After destroying 2 pairs of pants it was impossible to use. I have contacted the client service regarding this problem and they said that I have to clean the resin with Vodka (Grey goose?) and then wait until the end of the summer, sand paper the table and then paint it with beits. They added that on the etiquette that is attached to the box it clearly says that this is a natural product and these things can occur. Well, this is a cheap product because I have many wooden products in my garden and none of them release rezin. The etiquette on the box is not possible to read while ordering online and on the webpage of the product there is no mention of any rezin issues. My reply was that I have bought a table to use and not a do-it-yourself job! I have asked to replace the table for a better product and I have no problem to pay the difference. They failed to answer my request and just copy pasted their initial answer. According to Dutch consumer law if a client is not happy with a defect product the company has to replace it, so think twice before you order something by Tuinexpress.

Ik had iets besteld en kreeg een bevestigingsmail dat ze de bestelling gingen klaarmaken. Vervolgens krijg ik te horen dat het item er niet meer in die kleur is, en ook niet in de kleur die mijn tweede keus had. Waarom halen ze dit niet uit het online assortiment of wordt er op z'n minst bijgezet welke kleuren er wel of niet beschikbaar zijn? Communicatie via de mail was koeltjes. Uiteindelijk maar in een andere kleur besteld, levering was wel op tijd.
Afgelopen week een buiten thermometer besteld bij Tuinexpress. De levering van de producten was erg snel. De jongen van de klantenservice had veel inhoud en wist met veel kennis over de producten al mijn vragen te beantwoorden! Top service!
mensen bestel daar niets!!! ik heb daar iets besteld 2 januari en wacht nog steeds op mij betaalde bestelling IS ZELFS nog niet eens verzonden heel triestig daar .
De levering van de draadstoel duurde langer dan aangegeven op de site. Helaas was de kleur meer groenig/zeegroen dan de aangegeven kleur op de site- foto met de aanduiding erbij van lichtblauw! Voor het cadeau geven was lichtblauw echt een must!! De stoel is verder stevig, leuk en retour zenden vonden we wel te lastig. Deze stoel was zeer zorgvuldig voor het vervoer verpakt en dat vonden we heel goed gedaan, klasse. Wel moeilijk om weer te verpakken voor retour en zelf daarvoor weer de vervoerskosten te moeten betalen voor de niet juiste kleur? Het blauw-groeniger stoeltje zelf gehouden en later zijn Mexicaanse -look gegeven staat nu heel leuk!nu
Goede nazorg ontvangen en prettig contact gehad via e-mail. Product ziet er goed uit!
Wat ik besteld had was niet in voorraad , dus stuurde ze me maar wat anders op zonder mij eerst te contacteren .
Levertijd te lang (10 dgn) maar wel goede planten en keurig verpakt.
